Beauty Reviews: Some of my favorite mommy indulgences

Updated: Jun 26, 2023

This post is a bit different than my previous posts. Not so much about my family but in my opinion still related to motherhood. This post is going to be a honest review of some of the little treats I buy myself so I don't feel like a walking napkin all the time.

*This is an honest review and

isn't being incentivized in anyway by the product manufacture. These are products I genially purchased and used on myself.

So I used to be a makeup girl. Always with a full face. Black eyeliner. The whole shebang. However now that I am older, just 5 away from 40. I find that wearing a full face ages me and it's better to put as little product as possible on my face. So that being said I need good quality products that do their intended job.

I started focusing more on skin care and less on concealer and foundations. With what limited knowledge I have, Google and my Amazon Prime account I took to trying some new products. Here are a few of those products.

Alright...I know.

I'm a sucker for cute things but I also want them to be quality. Tony Moly Co. products are exactly that.

Tony Moly is a South Korean cosmetics brand. Tony Moly was established in 2006 with the support of Tae Sung Industry. The name Tony Moly means "putting style into packaging". Wikipedia

So here's what I got and what I thought.

TONYMOLY Plump-kin Retinol Eye Cream, 30g

Price: $25.00 ($23.63 / Ounce)

Love this! I've been using this for 8 weeks and can see a notable improvement in my undereye area. The bottle is super cute. The product goes on super smooth and absorbs well into the skin.

***** 5 stars

TONYMOLY Moisture Boost Cooling Algae Eye Serum, 15g

Price: $22.00 ($41.58 / Ounce)

I've been using this product during my day routine and and I think using this and the retinol eye cream have been responsible for the smoothing of my undereye are and the reduction of my eye bags. I also love the cooling feeling you get during application.

***** 5 stars

TONYMOLY Pore Collection Black Head Scrub Stick

Price: $12.50 ($12.50 / Count)

I've used this product only 3-4 times so far but I feel like it does work on shrinking your pores. Just don't expect to use once and have zero blackheads.

**** 4 stars

TONYMOLY Pocket Bunny Perfume Bar Bloom Bunny

Price: $12.00 ($12.00 / Count)

Great scent. I like to use this product on my neck to help with any unpleasant smells that might come from my stretched ears during the summer months. Just wish the fragrance was a bit stronger.

*** 3 stars

TONYMOLY Panda's Dream White Magic Cream , 1.76

Price: $12.00 ($6.67 /Ounce)

Love it! I use this product to get rid of any darkness or redness I have around my eyes, nose and checks. With this product I feel like I can get away with not wearing any type of concealer for an everyday look.

***** 5 stars

TONYMOLY Mini Peach Lip Balm

Price: $10.00 ($40.00 / Ounce)

Great scent and works well for added hydration. Just a bit pricey for a lip balm.

*** 3 stars

TONYMOLY Cat's Purrfect Eye Contour Stick, 1 ct

Price: $16.00 ($16.00 / Count)

This one was a disappointment. Not very pigmented and because of that it it hard to apply and doesn't really accomplish what it sets out to do.

* 1 stars

TONYMOLY Golden Pig Collagen Bounce Mask

Price: $19.00 ($19.00 / Count)

Need a pick me up!? Then this mask is for you. Feel like a pampered queen while applying this mask and look like a pretty princess when you take it off.

***** 5 stars

TONYMOLY Petit Bunny Gloss Bar Juicy Peach

Price: $8.00 ($8.00 / Count)

Gorgeous subtle lip color. Just wish it had a longer wear.

**** 4 stars

TONYMOLY All You Need Mask Set

Price: $25.00 ($4.17 / Count)

TONYMOLY Wonder Ceramide Mocchi Toner, 17 oz.

Price: $20.70 ($1.22 / Ounce)

Great gift idea. Nice variety and cute packaging. Expected something cuter though from this brand.

**** 4 stars

Toner leave skin bright and silky soft. Definitely will restock.
