Does anyone have any advice they would like to share? Jo will use the potty but she needs to be reminded pretty much every time. When should I try underwear instead of pull up?

With our family trip to Taiwan coming up I'm looking to get advice from parents who have experienced long flights with their toddler. What did you do about the air pressure or changing diapers? Please share any hacks or tips.
